The DBLI is a collaborative effort between the Deliverance Evangelistic Association Inc., Evangelical Bible College & Seminary, and HEART/NSTA Trust. We provide educational opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, empowering them with Biblical truths and life skills to make a meaningful impact in daily living and the spread of the Gospel.
